Ingredients:/recipe -1

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or trout) 1 bunch trimmed and washed asparagus 1 pound washed and quartered new potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Lemon wedges (optional)

Prepare a grill or grill pan by heating it up on medium-high heat.
Toss the new potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. The potatoes should be grilled for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fork-tender and marked with grill marks. Eliminate from the barbecue and keep warm.
Toss the asparagus with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper in the same bowl. The asparagus should be grilled for 5-7 minutes, or until it is crisp-tender and has grill marks. Keep warm after removing from the grill.
Salt and pepper are used to season the fish or chicken. The fish or chicken should be grilled on each side for 5-7 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks. When using fish, cook it just right.
