I am a solid 18 in most US brands. I ordered this in the 4XL/5XL. This fit as expected. It’s definitely a shaper to create curves and has a lot of compression. It’s more than just a smoother. Material is a little thicker than most silky style shape wear. It’s more thin sweater type feeling. This will look TINY when it comes out of the package but trust the process bc it’s stretchy lol. The beige matched my skin tone pretty well too. Only con I have for this is the chest area. I am a 42DD and this gave me the dreaded smooshed uni-boob similar to a strong sports bra. Doesn’t shape the melons in the least bit. I extended the straps out and slip the chest part under my bra and it works fine.
I am obsessed. I got the thong Shapewear for a comfy daily shapewear and forget I am even wearing it. The shapewear offers excellent support on my double d chest as well. I will definitely be buying more. The thong does ride up on me but I do not mind it as all thong bodysuits do that. I will definitely look into buying a few brief versions for my time of month and more comfort with clothing that requires no hiding panty lines. I also bought the post surgery shapewear and really enjoyed it but had to return as I had arm lipo and felt it was pushing everything towards my arms. I wish they made a version with long sleeves. For those that have no concern of arms and post surgery, I loved the way it stinched me in in my tummy area and the comfort under my clothes.

I was so excited to get this body suit because of the thong style And 18% spandex. For me, if everything else was compressed the booty fat would redistribute for a nice pop. I ordered the 2x. It took care of stomach and love handles. Thats the beauty of the 18% spandex. Problem was the crotch area was narrow and long causing hip fat to push out. I ended up hand stitching the overlapping fabric. I can’t use the snaps now but it’s definitely a more secure fit and compresses any hip bulge. I think all the sizes have the Long crotch issue. So if you’re handy with a needle and thread and have patience, you can customize the crotch area and feel much more confident that the extra material won’t slide around. It’s also a sexier look that enhances the front and back thong effect. Ladies you know what I’m talking about. I bought two and it’s supports me, as a 42DD mom of 3, without a bra once I adjusted the straps. Nipples pop just perfectly. I wear it as a layering piece. Makes everything else fit and flow attractively. Hope this helps.
